Bordeaux exceptional color quality and reliability is guaranteed when used correctly with the recommended qualified media. Improper handling, care and storage may cause damage for which Bordeaux is not held responsible. Under Bordeaux specified instructions, all inks can be used with absolute confidence as a replacement for OEM ink. Bordeaux cannot be held responsible if its products are not used according to the Terms of Use, which includes the manufacturers' specification for proper machine care
and usage.
Bordeaux emphasizes that ink durability depends on environmental conditions, which can vary from one location to the next. Bordeaux does not take responsibility for prints that are not stored under ideal weather conditions for each zone.
Storage
Bordeaux inks have supreme consistency and thus enjoy a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture when cared for according to the best practices listed below:
Seal bottle when not in use
Store in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight
Avoid freezing
Optimum storage temperature 5°C (51°F) - 30°C (86°F)
Warranty
Bordeaux Digital Print Ink Ltd. warrants that during the Warranty Period, the Products, when stored, used and installed in strict accordance with the instructions of the respective Material Safety Data Sheet and Technical Data Sheet relevant to each specific Product supplied by Bordeaux, shall substantially conform to the specifications set forth in the TDS.
Handling
Most of Bordeaux's inks are non-toxic so handling is hassle-free.
In the case of solvent-based ink for Nur™'sŇ Blueboard, Bordeaux acts in full regulatory compliance with the FAA and DOT standards and handles the inks with the necessary HAZMAT requirements.
Bordeaux recommends the following:
Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing
Do not ingest or inhale
After use, wash hands with soap and water
Prolonged skin exposure is not advised
