Bordeaux is pleased to announce the availability of a new ink set primarily for use in Mimaki™ JV5™ printers. This ink can also be used as a premium ink for JV3™ Mimaki™ printers. This new ink besides its color gamut, that is fully compatible with the JV5 OEM ink, also addresses the growing concern for environmental issues in the wide and grand format digital printing industry. The JV5 compatible ink is the first ink set in a new line of Bordeaux’s PRIME GREEN ink family.
BORDEAUX’s new PRIME GREEN PgNr is a revolutionary ink whose natural ingredients have been carefully selected, tested and developed into a state-of-the-art environmentally friendly ink. In addition to the obvious benefits of these inks, our technical staff has been able to make improvements that result in superior performance when compared to inks using harsh solvent systems. The PRIME GREEN is odorless and has perfect adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
Notwithstanding, PRIME GREEN ink will increase productivity due to exceptional drying properties. This ink was formulated for the needs of wide format digital printers who demand speedy throughput and quality printouts.
Compatibility
Bordeaux’s Prime Green is also fully compatible with Mimaki’s HS and JV3 type inks but with additional added value. It has been formulated with a color gamut so close that there is no need to perform profiling! This ink is strictly “Plug and Play”, eliminating flushing and the need to change pumps and tubing. Similar to the OEM, this ink is available in 440ml cartridges and 1 liter bottles with refillable cartridges.
