Bordeaux started as a garment and dye manufacturing plant during the 1990s. In 2000, along with the global development of inkjet technology, Bordeaux shifted its activities to the development and manufacturing of inkjet inks and fluids.
The team grew to include skilled professionals from different fields of expertise, such as digital inkjet printing equipment, inkjet chemistry and pigment applications. As the company developed more sophisticated ink formulations, the team efforts focused solely on developing and manufacturing inkjet inks for industrial applications.
When the R&D challenges became more complex, we developed scientific abilities that enabled initiation of new technologies. We foresaw the ecological revolution and started to turn our attention to developing and manufacturing environment-friendly inks with reduced VOCs and HAPs. Our precision-oriented manufacturing capability allowed us to develop accurately designed products utilizing state-of-the-art milling technologies and equipment, as well as our own proprietary filling and quality inspection production lines.
Today, the products are designed for the wide and grand format digital graphics industry. Bordeaux supports printers capable of roll-to-roll, rigid media and print/cut inkjet printing applications. The inks play a primary role in the production of posters, billboards, point of sale, truck, fleet graphics and numerous other applications.
